J. Timothy Heffernan, MD

Dr. Heffernan’s credentials are outstanding. He holds a Medical Doctorate (M.D.) degree from the University of Washington, School of Medicine. He completed fellowships at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami School of Medicine, and Louisiana State University Eye Center (Oculoplastic Surgery and Facial Cosmetic Surgery) and he is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Heffernan is committed to professional development and academic exchange. It is for this reason that he holds memberships in many prestigious professional and academic organizations. Dr. Heffernan is a member of the America Society of Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Washington State Medical Association, Washington State Academy of Ophthalmology, and the King County Medical Society.
