Cascadia Eye’s Bellingham Clinic Has Moved to a New Mount Vernon Location
The Bellingham Cascadia Eye clinic closed on March 15, 2024 and on April 1, 2024, a new “Market Street” location will become Cascadia Eye’s second clinic in Mount Vernon, joining our Little Mountain Lane location. We will miss our neighborhood in Fairhaven and sincerely hope our Bellingham patients will continue their care in one of our five other beautiful offices.
This decision did not come without lengthy deliberation. It was made in part due to increasing lease, supply and staff costs coupled with decreasing reimbursements from Medicare and vision plans. We decided to combine our services from Bellingham with those already in place in Skagit to be able to provide care more efficiently.
Your favorite Bellingham physicians are still available and taking appointments close by:
- Carlindo Pereira, MD: in Mount Vernon (at both Little Mountain and Market Street locations) and Whidbey.
- Ernesto Golez III, MD: in Mount Vernon (at both Little Mountain and Market Street locations) and Whidbey.
