Whidbey Eye Center Patients,

As of June 1, 2017 the Whidbey Eye Center became part of Cascadia Eye.

Whidbey Eye Center was previously in the capable hands of Dr. Michael Mequio, who has been its main practicing doctor, but due to unforeseen circumstances is no longer able to do so. Dr. Cichowski, together with our own doctors Siapco, Pereira, and Adkins, stepped in to make sure the patients in Whidbey continue to have the quality care they’ve come to expect.  As of April 2018, Dr. Cichowski retired from practicing and is now devoted to full-time mission work.  His family here at Cascadia Eye wish him the best and happy travels!

We are excited to welcome the capable and friendly staff of Whidbey Eye Center to the Cascadia Eye family. They will continue to ably serve Coupeville and its surrounding communities, and we are thrilled to have them on board.

What does this mean for Whidbey Eye Center patients?

You’ll still see the faces you love in the location you know. And with added doctors, staff, and technology, you’ll get the bonus of award-winning expertise and access to cutting-edge services, including a state-of-the-art surgery center. Cascadia Eye is also bringing contact lens care, family eye care for all ages, and a full-service optical with our own locally-designed frames, as part of our goal to provide truly comprehensive eye services. We encourage you to explore everything Cascadia Eye has to offer — and get to know the people here — on our website.

Cascadia Eye welcomes Whidbey Island to the family; we hope we exceed your expectations in every aspect of your vision care.
