A: LASIK, Refractive Lens Exchange, premium cataract surgery, advanced dry eye treatments, and large optical purchases all qualify.

Q: This sounds great. Are there any other requirements?
A: In order to qualify the special 0% rate, you must allow us to charge your debit or credit card a monthly payment (we recommend a debit card as credit cards charge interest). Should you miss a payment or cancel service, you will be automatically be changed 12% interest for the remainder of the agreement.
