Important Information for Patients:
UPDATE 9/30/24: Cascadia Eye will be taking a break from online patient self-scheduling, temporarily removing the option so that your appointments aren’t lost in the transition to our new system. Online scheduling will be added back in the future, and we will keep you updated during the process. This will not affect already-scheduled appointments and you can always call us to make an appointment at 360-755-EYES(3937).
Cascadia Eye is excited to announce a major system upgrade happening on October 8 and 9, which will significantly enhance the care and services we provide to our patients. This upgrade will improve your experience by streamlining how you interact with our clinic, making it easier than ever to manage your eye care.
Once the system upgrade is complete, you’ll enjoy more convenient access to several features. Patients will be able to easily schedule appointments online, view and pay bills, access medical records, and communicate with our team through text, chat and calls. You will also receive appointment reminders and other updates directly to your phone or computer, making it easier to stay on top of your eye health.
We understand that this may create some inconvenience, and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we take on this major project. We want to ensure that every step of your visit is as smooth and efficient as possible. By investing in this system upgrade, we are taking important steps to improve our ability to meet your needs both in person and online.
Thank you for being a valued member of the Cascadia Eye community.
