Free Vision Screening

Cascadia Eye’s vision clinic staff teams up with Cascadia Surgical, Cascadia Eyewear and Eyewitness Missions, as well as the North Cascade Cares and many other medical professionals around our area to provide yearly free vision screening events.
We encourage those who are under-insured, not insured, or have extreme financial difficulty to come to the free vision screening (appointment needed). If you know of anyone who could use this service, please pass this on to them!
The screening exam will include a very short history, uncorrected visual acuity test, intraocular pressure check, refraction and then a glasses fitting and free prescription glasses for those who need them.
Spanish translation will also be available.
