Local and Independent

Our patients call Cascadia Eye in Sedro Woolley their 'home' office, and so do we! The Cascadia Eye family began here, and it is where we continue to be dedicated to protecting your eye health and good vision. Founding doctor Nannette Crowell, supported by her team of optometrists and surgeons, has provided expert eye care to her neighbors since 1985.

This location also proudly houses our optical lab, where we can offer extremely well-priced eyeglasses because we use our expertise to fabricate them on-site. Equipped with diagnostic equipment to diagnose and treat most eye conditions, our facility offers eye care in our beautifully rural community at its best.
