The Great NW Glass Quest – Photo Blog

From February 14 to February 23 in the Stanwood/Camano Island area, businesses and parks were turned into hunting grounds for treasure in the 5th Annual Great Northwest Glass Quest. North Cascade Eye Associates was no exception. In our third year of participation, we joined 33 other businesses in hiding plastic “clue balls” for Questors to find – in our case, in our optical and waiting room areas – and exchange for gorgeous glass floats made by local Camano artist Mark Ellinger. Since our clinic in Stanwood is fairly small, we had to be very creative and sneaky with our hiding places – but it was so much fun! We also hid chocolates everywhere – the kids loved it. Our daily quest winners (of all ages) shared a few things in common: they were very persistent, and very clever.

Enjoy the photos, and come join the Quest next year!
